The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents to revise the pay scale of the petitioner and fix the pay scale by granting appropriate pay scale to the petitioner and disburse the arrear pay and other reliefs.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
