In 1st line of 5th Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th December, 2024 " the respondent Nos. 2 and 3/claimants" shall be read as "The respondent Nos. 2/claimant.

The 5th line of 7th Paragraph and 5th line and 6th line of 8th paragraph of the judgment dated 9th December, 2024 'respondent Nos. 1 and 2/claimants' shall be read as 'respondent Nos. 2/claimant'.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 9th December, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
