This Court does not find any reason to entertain the contempt application moved repeatedly before this Court.

Leverage, given by this Court to the writ petitioner merely because he is appearing in person, has been abused.

3.

The petitioner is warned against such conduct in future.

4.

This Court notes with anguish that the Government and the bank have been compelled to engage advocates repeatedly and incur expenditure.

5.

Token costs of Rs.1/- is imposed on the petitioner, payable to the DRAT.

6.

In view of the above, RVW 118 of 2023 is disposed of.
