Mr. Anand Keshri, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application to Mr. Anand Keshri.

This revisional application was filed with a prayer for early disposal of an application dated 23rd February, 2009 which was kept pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Howrah. Accordingly, this Court, by the order dated 12th September, 2023, directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah to dispose of the application within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and subsequently by the order dated 3rd October, 2023 a report of compliance of the order dated 12th September, 2023 was called for. Learned District Judge, Howrah forwarded the report of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), 5th Court, Howrah to this Court. 3.

Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the application was disposed of in the year 2019, but the de

facto complainant was not aware of the fact of disposal of the application or did not get any certified copy thereof. Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner further submits that the instant application can be disposed of with a direction upon the learned Court to supply the certified copy of the orders and applications to the petitioner and also to give liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 24th September, 2019 before the appropriate forum. 3.

In such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Howrah is directed to take all steps with regard to supply of certified copy of the orders and applications as prayed for in compliance with the rules prescribed therefor. 4.

The petitioner is also at liberty to assail the order dated 24th September, 2019 before an appropriate forum.

With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
