Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has moved CAN 3 of 2024 and CAN 4 of 2024 which contain the prayers of applicant for recalling of this court order dated July 18, 2023 and restoration of the writ petition no. WPA 19505 of 2018 and condonation of delay of 487 days in filing CAN 3 of 2024 respectively.

Mr. Ali appears for the respondents school authorities to contest the present applications. Heard the submission of both the parties.

After having been satisfied about the sufficiency of the ground pleaded by the applicant in both the applications made as above, the prayers of the applicant in CAN 3 of 2024 and CAN 4 of 2024 are allowed.

The delay in filing CAN 3 of 2024 of 487 days is condoned. CAN 4 of 2024 is allowed.

The order of this court dated July 18, 2023 is recalled. Let the writ petition being WPA No. 19505 of 2018 be restored in its original file and number. Thus CAN 3 of 2024 is also allowed.

Mr. Washef Ali appearing for the school authorities seeks extension of time to file affidavitin-opposition. Let the school file the affidavit-inopposition, within two weeks after reopening of the court. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, be filed by the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Let this matter appear in the list under the heading 'Adjourned Hearing' on 22nd January, 2025.

The state respondent, if so desires, may also file affidavit-in-opposition within two weeks after reopening of the court.
