1. The report dated 08.9.2024 filed by S.I shows that the petitioner was declared to be a proclaimed offender and has been taken into custody in connection with NDPS Case No. 61 of 2023 (Hili P.S Case No. 144 of 2023) and having regard to the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he was declared to be a proclaimed offender in respect of another NDPS case, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
