Petitioner filed this application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. assailing order dated 17.12.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore in connection with Misc. Execution Case No. 201 of 2022 arising out of ACM-289 of 2017 under Section 125(3) of the Cr.P.C. whereby Warrant of Arrest was against the petitioner by learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore.

Since none appears for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to keep this matter pending.

The revisional application stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
