This is an application for contempt filed by the petitioner for violation of an order passed on August 17, 2016 by a coordinate Bench of this High Court. On perusal of the records and the contempt application it appears to this Court that subsequent to passing of the order on August 17, 2016, the Board of Councillors have taken a decision and passed an order on November 28, 2016 wherein self demolition order was passed by the Board of Councillors.

In the light of the same, no contempt lies against the order dated August 17, 2016.

Parties are at liberty to approach before the appropriate Court for any new cause of action, if arises. With this observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
