The learned counsel representing the petitioner/husband submits that the Matrimonial Suit is pending before the Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Alipore wherein the Misc. Case No. 87 of 2023 has been filed under Section 37 of the Special Marriage Act. He further submits that the next date fixed in the said Misc. Case is 29th November, 2025.

As the matter is fixed for passing order on 29th November, 2025 i.e. just after the Puja Vacation, this Court is of the view that no order as regards early disposal is required.

As such, the said petition is disposed of being dismissed.
