Mr. Lakshminath Bhattacharya ....for the petitioner Mr. Asish Kumar Guha, Mr. Naren Ghosh Dostidar ...for the State Ms. Joyee Maiti ....for the Pollution Control Board Mr. Nilanjan Adhikari ...for the respondent no.15 The petitioner is aggrieved that the order of the West Bengal Pollution Control Board dated December 9, 2020 has not been enforced by the Officer-in-Charge, Mathura Police Station, South 24 Parganas, despite a specific direction.

It appears from the said order that the private respondent has not obtained trade licence to run the Puffed Rice Mill.

The remedy of the petitioner, according to this Court, is before the National Green Tribunal. However, since there is an order of the West Bengal Pollution Control Board mentioned hereinabove, the Officer-in-Charge, Mathura Police Station shall carry out the same strictly in terms thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
