1. The petitioner submits that the Central Information Commission failed to act in accordance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. The petitioner contends that information has not been provided to the petitioner and the application has not been decided on merits.

3. The Central Information Commission, by a communication dated 10th June, 2024, informed the petitioner that he may file separate Second Appeal/Complaint for each RTI filed by him. Certain documents were requested to be furnished by the petitioner.

4. It appears that without the documents sought for, it may not be possible for the Commission to supply the required information.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the direction passed in the order dated 10th June, 2024.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
