It appears that the petitioner college is in its pursuit of securing a permanent affiliation to run a B. Ed. course submitted several representations to Baba Saheb Ambedkar University. The last representation was made before the university on July 07, 2023. Mr.

Joydip Kar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the university submits that the university shall consider the said representation in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the university to take a decision with regard to the permanent affiliation within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 20269 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
