This matter has come up in the list for correction of typographical mistakes crept in the order dated 13th January, 2022.

It is pointed out that in the 8th line of first paragraph of the said order the alphanumeric "Section 55" has been typed by mistake. It should be "Section 54".

The mistake is apparent.

It is further pointed out by Mr. Supratim Dhar, learned Advocate, that he also appeared with Mr. Santimoy Bhattacharya, learned Advocate, on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 on the said date, but his name has not been reflected in the said order. Let the name of the said learned Advocate be also incorporated in the said order.

Office is directed to correct the order dated 13th January, 2022 accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 13th January, 2022.
