The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed for refixation of pay of the petitioner being the Headmaster in the present school on reckoning his past service as Assistant Teacher in Debpur High School, Murshidabad.

Petitioner has also prayed for preparation of service records relating to his service as Assistant Teacher in Debpur High School, Murshidabad. During pendency of the writ petition since petitioner has superannuated on 31st March, 2023 from the post of Headmaster, leave is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition and file afresh with better particulars on the selfsame cause of action.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh with necessary details on the selfsame cause of action. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
