The writ petition can be disposed of since the only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the respondents to issue revised Pension Payment Order which has already been issued by the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal on 11th January, 2022. The said document has been placed before this court today by learned counsel appearing for the State and is kept on record.

The writ petition being W.P.A.21300 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
