Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with record.

Petitioner complains that he is being threatened by the private respondents and attempts are being made to throw him out from the property. 3.

Learned Advocate for the private respondents on the other hand, claim to be the owners of the property and accuses the petitioner of forcefully occupying the property without having any right, title and interest on the same. So far as the issue relating to right, title and interest property is concerned, it would be the Civil Court to decide such disputed question of facts. So far as the police authorities are

concerned they have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS, 2023 on or about 31st July, 2025 the said proceedings are still in force, consequently police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20186 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report be submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the reported be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
