Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This is the second round of litigation initiated by the petitioner. Petitioner had filed a writ petition on earlier occasion being WPA 14383 of 2022, which was disposed of by an order dated 13th July, 2022 by which the respondent, Income Tax Authority concerned was directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20th May, 2022 by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Now the petitioner has filed this second writ petition challenging the order passed by the respondent, Income Tax Authority concerned on 17th August, 2022 pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 13th July, 2022 and considering the said order and on perusal of the contents of the aforesaid impugned order, I am not inclined to interfere with the same and,

accordingly this writ petition being WPA 20623 of 2022 is dismissed.
