1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, on instruction, that the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition does not survive any longer due to efflux of time.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.

3. Be it recorded that the respondent no.8 has retired from service on attaining the normal age of superannuation on 31st January, 2026.

4. The service benefit of the respondent no.8 shall be disbursed at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The School authority is directed to render all necessary cooperation and assistance so that the private respondent may receive her terminal dues within the time limit as stipulated hereinabove.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
