The order dated 12.06.2025 is mentioned for correction.

In the cause title of the said order, the expression "M/s. Kind & Co. (Homeo Chemist) Pvt. Ltd.", shall stand corrected and be read as "M/s. King & Co. (Homoeo Chemist) Pvt. Ltd."

At the end of paragraph twenty-three at page four of the said order, following sentence shall be added :- "The Tribunal dismissed the aforesaid application of the workmen on contest"

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 12.06.2025.

5.

The other parts of the order dated 12.06.2025 shall remain unaltered.

Copies of final order of the Labour Court together with evidence recorded thereat are kept with the record. 7.
