The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Title Suit No. 283 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (sr. divn.) at Sealdah, District- South 24 Parganas.

It appears that the suit before the Trial Court is a suit for declaration and is pending since 2022. 3.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the injunction application within days from the date of communication of this order and the suit expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of this order. 4.

CO 2992 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
