The learned Advocates for the respondents submit that the writ petition has become infructuous as the auction, which is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition, has already been held and third party rights have been created.

However, as none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
