None appears for the petitioner or for the opposite parties.

The present revisional application was preferred in the year 2017 for directing the learned Magistrate for executing the pending warrant of arrest in connection with the complaint case so pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Calcutta. No information has been furnished before this Court regarding the progress of the proceedings.

Having regard to the subject matter so involved and the purpose for which the revisional application was preferred, I direct that in case the warrant of arrest is pending, the learned Magistrate should take efforts and pass harsher process of law for execution of the same.

With the aforesaid directions, CRR 2717 of 2017 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
