Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 15.06.2022 passed in G.R Case No.230 of 2020 arising out of Haripal Police Station Case No.61 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 under Sections 395/397/421 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chandernagore, Hooghly, wherein the learned Magistrate has been pleased to issue a warrant of arrest against the petitioner herein.

On hearing the learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of offence alleged the criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial court and pray for bail which the Magistrate shall consider in accordance with law.

A stay of the said order is granted till 9th May, 2024 to enable the petitioner to surrender before the trial court.

It is further directed that in case he fails to surrender within the said period the order of stay shall be vacated automatically. 6.

The revisional application being CRR 3387 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
