Needless to mention, the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Medinipur, shall communicate the reasoned decision to the petitioner upon conclusion of the hearing.

In view of the above, there is no necessity to keep this writ petition pending. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order of the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Medinipur, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 20250 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
