1. Petitioners complain that they are not being allowed by the private respondents to use the wash room. Petitioners are aged and parents of the private respondents.

2. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is family dispute existing. Proceedings have been drawn up under section 126/135 of BNSS.

3. Having considered the nature of dispute complained of, I direct in case any application is preferred before the Maintenance Tribunal under the relevant provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, SDO would promptly pass direction having considered the nature of the dispute complained of. In case any direction is passed and police authority's assistance be sought for, Police authorities would act in consonance with the direction passed by the Maintenance Tribunal.

4. With the aforesaid observation WPA 20569 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. Report submitted be kept with the record.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
