The present revision application originates from an order dated 10.7.2017 passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Having regard to the statutory provisions wherein time constraints have been incorporated I am of the opinion that the main proceedings being case no.880/M/2017 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 2729 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected application, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
