The petitioner appeared in the first State Level Selection Test for Classes XI-XII in Chemistry (P.G.) and her allegation is that answers in respect of two questions were wrong and, therefore she is entitled to get full marks in those two questions as she gave correct answers in respect of those two questions. She filed one representation before the School Service Commission on 6th September, 2019 which is at page 62 of the writ application.

I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the

date of communication of this order and to intimate her the decision as to the said hearing by two weeks thereafter.

With this direction and observation this writ application is disposed of.

If it is found after the result of the hearing, the School Service Commission will recommend her in appropriate vacancy.
