The writ petitioner complains that the private respondent is preventing him from filing an execution procedeeing in connection with T. S. No. 762 of 2018 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat.

This Court is unable to countenance the petitioner's grievance. However, in the event of any further complaint against the private respondent, Baguihati Police Station may render necessary assistance as may be deemed to be appropriate in law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
