1. It has been formally brought to the notice of this Court, through the submission of a Death Certificate dated November 7, 2024, that Kedar Nath Dhoot, Petitioner No. 1, tragically passed away on December 11, 2017.

2. Since the fact of the demise has been verified, the name of the deceased, Kedar Nath Dhoot, shall stand expunged from the array of petitioners in the records of this case.

3. The Department is accordingly directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the case records forthwith.

4. Ms. Arushi Rathore, Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners (belonging to the chamber of Mr. Moyukh Mukherjee, Learned Advocate-on-Record), reiterated the oral instruction to withdraw the instant application.

5. Ms. Rathore submitted that, despite a previous direction to submit written instructions, compliance has proven

logistically impossible as the petitioners are currently residing abroad. She therefore prayed for exemption from filing written instructions and offered her solemn personal, professional undertaking as to the veracity of the verbal instruction to withdraw the application.

6. The Learned Advocate appearing for the State affirmed that the State had no objection to the disposal of the matter as withdrawn, accepting the virtual consent conveyed by the Learned Counsel.

7. In light of the explicit prayer for withdrawal, duly supported by the Learned Counsel's undertaking, the criminal revisional application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

8. The interim order, if any, granted earlier in this proceeding stands automatically vacated upon the dismissal of the application.

9. Any connected application shall stand disposed of pursuant to this Order.

10. There shall be no order as to costs.

11. Learned Trial Court is directed to proceed in the pending proceeding in accordance with law.

12. All parties shall act on the server copy of this Order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Uday Kumar, J.)
