Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner, the de facto complainant and the State.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of neighbours who had to rush to rescue the victim from the clutches of the husband on the particular day and the medical reports, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 3098 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
