The prayer has been advanced for preferring a memorandum of appeal against an order of acquittal dated 07.07.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur wherein the learned court was pleased to acquit the accused persons for alleged offences under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the points raised by the present petitioner, an opportunity must be granted for preferring the memorandum of appeal within a period of 30 days from date. Accordingly, CRMSPL 61 of 2022 is allowed.
