1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties so represented.

On the last occasion, when the matter was heard on 29.08.2024, we have recorded that prima facie we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition, however, learned senior advocate who appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner wanted to make certain detailed submissions and the matter was adjourned.

3. Today an adjournment is sought for. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to restrain the respondent no. 6 from certifying or approving the Cinematography titled "The Diary of West Bengal". Admittedly, the said film has been certified and has also been released. In any event, if any person has any reservation of watching the said film, it is well open to such person not to watch.

Hence, under the given facts and
