This contempt application is taken up along with an application filed by the Central Bank of India being CAN 3 of 2020 (Old No: CAN 766 of 2020).

The learned Counsel for the respondent Bank has prayed for an adjournment.

We find that the Chief Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, filed an application being CAN 766 of 2020 in which the Bank has prayed for a month's time to comply with the order dated 19th December, 2019. Although one month had expired long back but till date the dues of the petitioners have not been paid.

The matter shall be listed on Wednesday, i.e., 23rd December, 2020 fairly at the top within which time the order dated 19th December, 2019 shall be complied with.

The contemnor/respondent No.3 shall be personally present in Court with an affidavit of compliance, failing which, we shall be constrained to issue rule against the alleged contemnors.

All parties are to act on a website copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
