Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Taking into consideration the view taken by me in the order dated 6th September, 2022 in the case of Shyam Sundar Halder & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. relating to same election of the same co-operative society, I am not inclined to entertain these writ petitions and

accordingly, the writ petitions being WPA No.20657 of 2022 and WPA No.21232 of 2022 are dismissed.

However, dismissal of these writ petitions will have no impact on the aforesaid order dated 6th September, 2022 in the case of Shyam Sundar Halder & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. (supra). Dismissal of these writ petitions will not be a bar for the petitioners for availing any other remedy available to them under the statute.
