Writ petition has been instituted by one guardian of a student of Dadupur High School, Nadia making certain allegations against the Headmaster of the school. However, it has been submitted by the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the school authority that ward of the petitioner appeared in Madhyamik Examination, 2024 and on declaration of result he was declared qualified and passed out from the aforesaid school. Therefore, today petitioner is no longer treated as guardian of a student of the school in question. Hence, writ petition is not maintainable at the instance of the petitioner.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
