Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction CRR 3389 of 2022 Priyaranjan Das -versus- Smt. Munmun Das Ghosh Record of this revisional application reflects that on 23rd August, 2023 an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of an order dated 19th February, 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur in M. Case No. 174 of 2010 wherein maintenance was awarded to the tune of Rs.2000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2000/- per month to the minor daughter aggregating to Rs. 4000/- per month.

Having regard to the meager amount which was awarded as maintenance, I am of the view that no interference is called for in view of the materials which have surfaced, that the husband is having a shop of electronic goods, STD booth and Photostat copy machine Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3389 of 2022 is dismissed.
