1. The petitioner appearing in person seeks for various reliefs, which are all private disputes between the petitioner and the fifth respondent and we cannot entertain such private disputes between the parties. The only issue highlighted in this petition is that the departmental proceeding initiated against the fifth respondent is being prolonged. We have been informed that in the disciplinary proceeding already a second show cause notice has been issued to the fifth respondent, who is to submit his reply. Since the departmental proceeding has been initiated and has proceeded to a considerable extent then every endeavour shall be made by the administration to conclude the same and pass final orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

2. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
