1. All the learned counsel appearing for the parties to the revisional application are present.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State has submitted a report with regard to settlement between the parties. The same be kept with the record.

3. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2 have submitted that commercial dispute between the parties has already been patched up on payment.

4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the report as well as compromise petition and terms and conditions

thereof, further proceeding of the case, in my opinion, will be an abuse of process of Court.

5. Accordingly, the proceeding in connection with GR Case No. 469 of 2015 arising out of Burrabazar Police Station Case No. 95 of 2015 dated 17.02.2015 under Section 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned 16th Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata stands quashed.

6. With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of and connected application, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
