Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which Indas P. S. Case No.1113 of 2022 was conducted by the Investigating Agency and chargesheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court, according to the learned advocate for the petitioner, without considering the relevant materials. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to exhaust the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Magistrate who is in seisin of the matter. If such an application is preferred before the learned court, the learned court after issuance of notice to the respective affected parties would dispose of the application within a period of six weeks from

the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3138 of 2023 is disposed of.
