Mr. Rajesh Singh, .... For the Insurance Company Learned advocate on record appearing on behalf of the appellant submits on instruction that the matter has been settled outside the court between the appellant and the respondent. He further submits that on instruction the matter has been finally settled a consolidated amount Rs.5,50,000/- Mr. Rajensh Singh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and necessary order may be passed.

Heard the learned advocates and also perused the copy of the receipt submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant. Let the receipt be kept with the record.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the instant appeal is disposed of with a direction that the Insurance Company shall deposit the

consolidated amount of Rs.5,50,000/- towards the compensation of this case in the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta within six weeks. On such deposit, the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta shall issue a draft in the name of the appellant no.1 whose name was appeared in his bank account as "Sehera Banu".

The payment of compensation is subject to the ascertainment of payment deficit court fees, if any. The office of the learned Tribunal shall act upon the certified copy of this order to receive court fees, if any. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
