The writ petition appears today under the Court No. 22 03.02.2023 (Item No. 57) (AB) heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the Court to correct an obvious error in the order dated January 3, 2023. From the report of the department and after perusing the file it appears to this Court by an order dated May 5, 2022 this writ petition was already disposed of by a co-ordinate bench.

In view of the above, the order dated January 3, 2022 stands recalled and consequently set aside. Registry is directed to take steps to rectify the records accordingly.
