Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 16th August, 2022 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition issued by the Secretary of the Char Lakshmipur Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samiti Limited terminating his service on the ground referred therein, has challenged the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation against the aforesaid order dated 16th August, 2022, before the General Body of the Society in question within two weeks from

date and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered by the General Body in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 20663 of 2022 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
