Monika Murmu, Pradhan of Jamalpur-II Gram Panchayat is taken on record.

On a perusal of the same it appears that the Pradhan has come to a finding that there is unauthorized construction and the Pradhan has forwarded all documents to the Sub-Divisional Officer for taking consequential steps in the matter.

Copy of the affidavit-of-compliance has been served upon the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears therefrom that after long delay, the Pradhan has ultimately complied the direction passed by the Court.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contemnor seeks apology for the delay in complying the Court's order.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application. The same stands disposed of.

The contempt rule stands discharged.

Personal presence of the contemnor stands dispensed with.
