Seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to renew the agreement executed by and between the respondents and the petitioners to allow them to act as 'Sahayikas' for a term commencing from May, 2009 to April, 2010, this writ petition was preferred. I am of the view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the same is disposed of without any order.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
