The petitioner seeks enforcement of an order of injunction and status quo passed by this Court in its Second Appellate jurisdiction in S.A. 14 of 2015. This Court is of the view that the petitioner has effective alternative remedy before the Bench hearing the S.A. 14 of 2015 to either seek enforcement of interim orders or to move in contempt.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that contempt application has already been filed.

Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that the police have registered case against him. In view of the above, this Court does not deem it fit to intervene any further. The petitioner may take steps as may be advised in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
