The revisional application was preferred in respect of the order dated 09.07.2012 and 18.07.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate at Sealdah in M.P. Case No.1634 of 2012. Having regard to the time constraint which are provided under Section 144(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, I am of the view that the proceedings have become infructuous before the learned Executive Magistrate, as such, no interference is called for. Accordingly, C.R.R. 2705 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
