-Vs.- Mrs. Asha Joseph The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being complaint case no.3100 of 2010 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court at Alipore. The records of the present revisional application reflects that the interim order was till 6th June, 2013 and thereafter the same has not been extended. Today, when the matter has been taken up no information has been furnished regarding the present stage of the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate. Having regard to the nature of the allegations for which the process was issued and the attitude of the present petitioners before this Court, I am of the view that no interference can be made by this Court at this stage accordingly.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 2710 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
