Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the revisional application chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and there are instructions not to proceed with the revisional application presently.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Having regard to the prayer so advanced by Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the petitioners, the revisional application is treated to be not pressed with liberty to file afresh after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
