The writ petitioner claims that notwithstanding the order of injunction and status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Basirhat in T. S. No. 420 of 2022, the private respondent is continuing to effect construction over certain properties.

The writ petitioner has filed an application for enforcement of an order of injunction, which is pending.

In those circumstances, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Basirhat shall dispose of all interim applications of the petitioner within one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Officer-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
