Ms. Sima Biswas, Advocate ... ...For the State Considering the fact that police filed charge-sheet subsequent to the order dated January 6, 2022, we waive the condition of the anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week, until further orders.

All other conditions of the order dated January 6, 2022 will remain the same.
